Over more than 30 years as a senior executive he has run business operations, financial management, strategic planning, and business development, and he has also been a partner, advisor, investor, and board member at technology, finance, and industrial companies.
Before AiBUY, Randy was CEO of Equity Plus, a mortgage services company in the Washington, DC area, and grew it to more than $100 million in annual revenue and over 500 employees. He also founded a technology company whose automated risk-scoring model for federal background checks won a multimillion-dollar contract and processed more than 1.5 million leads a day.
Before any of that, Randy was in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served as a Crew Chief on Marine One, the presidential helicopter, under Presidents Carter and Reagan.
Jesse is Technical Program Lead at Node.Digital, where he runs projects that put AI and machine learning to work on business problems. Before that he was a Technical Program Manager at Amazon Web Services, building prototypes for federal partners.

Jesse has a Master of Science in Software Engineering and an MBA in Business and Leadership, plus certifications in AWS, AI/ML, and project management. He lives in Wichita, Kansas, with his wife and three children.
Renzo has worked in business operations in the technology industry for more than 15 years, across FP&A, project management, analytics, operations, marketing, and supply chain. He held senior operational roles at Nextel International and has an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler.

Prakash is the founder of Node.Digital, an AI and machine learning professional services firm, and has spent 19 years in federal and commercial IT management. Before Node.Digital he led mobile technology development at SAIC, CSRA, CSC, and DXC.
